If you need software or hardware, we will provide you with a cost that is the lowest we can find but also be high quality hardware or software.  We do not sell computer systems ourselves but can lead you in the right direction.

So why are we more affordable then other computer consulting companies? Simple, we do not have a high overhead and we believe that you should not have to pay outrageous prices for good quality service. They do not have any more experienced staff than what Dixie Computers / DM Technologies offers, after all we are Microsoft Certified, Comptia A+ Certified and Dell DCSE Certified, unlike those other companies. Dixie Computers / DM Technologies also have vast experience in networking, phone systems, Cisco, etc.

We promise not to just give up on your system and tell you it has to be backed up and reloaded. We will find the cause of the problem and fix it. No need to go through the headache of trying to get your system back to normal operation.

A lot of the Box Stores offer computer service but they want to charge a per rate.  If you want your system scanned that is one rate, have malware then that's added on, need your system tuned up then there another add on and before you know it you are paying $ 200.00 for something that could have been taken care of for less than 1/2 of that!  Don't be fooled, they only follow guidelines and scripts from the corporate office, if they don't have the answer in their little book they don't know what to do.
