DM Technologies Group - Pricing

At DM Technologies Group we do not believe in hiding our pricing or creating complex formulas to get a final price. We will be happy to give you an estimate before any work has begun so that you know what to expect when all the work is finished.

Our Pricing Structure :

• $ 35.00 an hour (1 hour minimum) for Residential
• $ 45.00 an hour (1 hour minimum) for Businesses
• $ 25.00 trip charge per incident. If we have to come out we will most likely pick up your computer, repair it at the office then return it, hook it up and provide any training and changes that we have done. The fee covers the entire repair process.
• $ .50 per minute phone/virtual remote support (See http://www.dmtechgroup.com/help)
• There is an additional $ 25 trip charge for every 25 miles, after the first initial 25 miles - One way only.
• Web & Email Hosting - $ 15.00 a month or $ 120.00 per year
• Web Starter Package - Register your domain name, 1 month hosting and 3 template web pages
• Network Caballing - $ 80.00 per drop location - includes labor & materials

If you need software or hardware, we will provide you with a cost that is the lowest we can find but also be high quality hardware or software.

So why are we more affordable then other computer consulting companies? Simple, we do not have a high overhead and we believe that you should not have to pay outrageous prices for good quality service. They do not have any more experienced staff than what DM Technologies offers, after all we are Microsoft Certified, Comptia A+ Certified and Dell DCSE Certified, unlike those other companies. DM Technologies also have vast experience in networking, phone systems, Cisco, etc.

We promise not to just give up on your system and tell you it has to be backed up and reloaded. We will find the cause of the problem and fix it. No need to go through the headache of trying to get your system back to normal operation.

Just to prove we are the absolute best and most experienced, any new client that brings us a written estimate from another computer repair business, we will beat their prices by 15%.
